Episode 78 Carl

I met Addison earlier this year at one of my events, we met again at a recent office visit in the Boston area and it’s amazing just how much his business has grown in the last several months.

On this episode of Loan Officer Freedom, the number one podcast for Loan Officers, Addison and I are going to go over the catalyst that caused him to gain more freedom in both his business and home life, an increase in loan volume, and a decrease in actual workload. Now if you’re thinking how can you increase your loan volume and decrease your workload, you’ll want to listen in on exactly how he’s doing it and how you can too!

On this episode, you’ll find out:

  • How Addison went from $9M/year to $16M in less than one year
  • Who Addison has on his team
  • Why “structure” and having a set plan allowed him to dramatically and quickly increase his volume and decrease his workload giving him the freedom he’s been looking for.

About Our Guest:

Addison Dana

My name is Addison, I work for Prestige Home Mortgage in Northborough MA.  I’ve been an LO for 5 years and was a processor/loan partner for 3 years prior to that. I attended the MMA event in Dallas earlier this year and dropped everything I was doing to “get business” at the time and followed only the daily success plan taught. By being held accountable I’ve been able to dramatically increase my volume. My volume for 2018 was 9.4 million (which was my best year ever at the time), currently, I sit at 16million, hopefully doubling my business by years end.  One of the key things is I have a steady business now where before I was the poster child for the “loan officer Rollercoaster”.  I do have a loan partner/processor hybrid who is also the absolute key to my success. Everything I’ve done this year has just been following what I learned at the Dallas event and implementing it 100%.
